Simon Mumford – Partner

Simon has acquired a wealth of experience in private client matters. He specialises in will drafting; tax planning and mitigation; the creation and management of trusts; powers of attorney; issues of mental capacity and applications to the Court of Protection. He also deals with all aspects of probate administration.

Simon advises a wide range of clients, from private individuals to small charities and businesses. He provides personal, quality advice tailored to meet the needs of his clients to help them to achieve their longer term personal goals.

Career
Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and joined Wilmot & Co from a City firm as a partner in 1992.
