Philip offers expertise in both residential and commercial property including acquisitions, disposals and the financing of such transactions. Philip specialises in high value properties, often involving multiple parties. He also regularly deals with owners and agents of agricultural lands and estates, which present a broad range of complex legal, management and practical issues.

Career
Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and joined Wilmot & Co from Lincoln’s Inn in 1995. He became a partner in 2000.
