We are open for business!
We want to give you reassurance that we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our staff, their families and our clients. We are very much “open for business” and committed to supporting you with the work we are doing on your behalf. We are also available for taking new instructions.
We are monitoring Government/HSE guidelines and reviewing the position regularly. To help minimise risk we are only meeting with clients by prior arrangement and under certain restrictions. We would request that all visitors to our offices wear a face covering. However, we have a variety of ways to keep in contact with you. The ‘Our People’ page will give you links to various email addresses.
Our front door is now open to callers, with safety restrictions in place. This is for the delivery of letters and documentation and for the payment of invoices via our card machine. We would ask that visitors/clients still observe social distancing measures. Please do not attend if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19, have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed, or if you are suffering from any Covid-19 symptoms.
If you are calling to sign documentation, you may feel more comfortable using your own pen.

Taking care of your money
Please be aware that we have no intention of changing our banking details from the ones submitted to you in our Client Care letter. Nor do we have any intention of asking you to send finances to any third-party accounts. If you are sending us money and are in any doubt as to the validity of the information you hold, please telephone us immediately.
