Philip provides expertise in residential and commercial property, specialising in high value residential property.  He combines attention to detail with a balanced, approachable manner and a clear, concise style.  He has a keen commercial and practical outlook, even in challenging cases.

Philip deals with conveyancing in London and other parts of the country, as well as around the Cotswolds.

Career
Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1989.  He joined Wilmot & Co from Lincoln’s Inn in 1995, and became a partner in 2000.

Philip is a Professional Member of the CLA – Country Land & Business Association.
